Office Admin/ Receptionist Role/Office work in HOMEBUSH, New South Wales

Hi
We are looking for a friendly, bubbly and proactive person to join our team. The position requires to be filled in urgently.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Prepare Daily Correspondence.
• Printing, Scanning and Filing documents.
• Diary management.
• Documents and report preparation
• Meeting and greeting the walk-ins.
• Answering the phone and follow-ups
• Managing Emails.
• Managing the stationary and other stock.
• Additional Responsibilities as and when required.
What are we looking for:
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Flexible attitude and a commitment to quality.
• A team player
• Able to use the office equipment like printing, scanning etc.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous experience not necessary.
