Admin / Receptionist Role in HOMEBUSH, New South Wales

Good opportunity to work as Admin role with a new and upcoming company that helps you to learn more and grow up with company.
We are a Security and Investigation organization operating from Homebush West Sydney area, we are looking for a person who is willing to learn and work with us.
We are looking for person who has some knowledge about office job. This position is very important to our company as it is the first point of contact with our potential clients who visit personally or contact us over phone, the person who wants to work with us must be able to talk over the phone as well as pass on information to the right person in the team.
Should be able to perform following activities on daily basis:
1. Preparing daily correspondence.
2. Filling the documents.
3. Diary managements.
4. Managing emails.
5. Managing the stationary in the office.
6. Additional responsibilities as and when required.
To do all requirements as above need to have good communication skills as well as good writing skills/ knowledge about Microsoft Office Suite/ able to work as team and individually.
